Key Responsibilities: Research, pitch, and write compelling news stories, feature articles, and content that resonate with Baller Alert’s audience. Act as an on-camera host/anchor for live and pre-recorded segments, providing updates on breaking news, celebrity gossip, and cultural trends. Conduct exclusive interviews with celebrities, influencers, and other newsmakers relevant to our audience. Report on events, red carpets, and major entertainment happenings, producing high-quality video content for our platforms. Collaborate with the editorial and social media teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting across digital platforms. Stay on top of trends and current events, bringing fresh and relevant ideas to the content team. Develop relationships with sources and industry professionals to stay ahead of the competition in delivering exclusive stories. Utilize multimedia storytelling techniques, including video, photography, and social media, to enhance reports and increase engagement.     Hiring: Creative Admin Assistant Job Overview: The Creative Admin Assistant will be a versatile team member responsible for assisting with administrative tasks while supporting creative content development. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with a passion for urban culture, strong organizational skills, and an eye for design. You will work closely with our content, social media, and creative teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality content delivery across our platforms. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Design and develop visual assets for digital platforms using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools. Research: Stay up-to-date with trending topics, news, and cultural moments in entertainment, music, and social media; source and gather content ideas for the editorial and creative teams. Content Distribution: Post and schedule content across Baller Alert’s social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistency and timeliness. Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks. Content Searching: Monitor social media platforms, blogs, and news outlets to identify viral content and stories that align with the brand. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and social media teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects. Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of content performance metrics, compiling data for team reviews and strategic planning. Asset Management: Organize and maintain creative assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for team members.
