In Honor of Women's History Month, we're diving into the stories of the inspiring women featured in our 2025 Impact Report. Starting with "Yes, Chef" -- an article that showcases three women putting Baltimore on the culinary map. Through our partnership with Aaron Dante's NoPixAfterDark Podcast this past year, we had the opportunity to sit down with three remarkable female chefs to learn about the challenges they've had to overcome in the industry and how Baltimore's creative community + vibrant culinary scene has supported their rise. ✨Catina Smith - Our Time Kitchen "I'm the co-owner of Our Time Kitchen, a commissary kitchen in Old Goucher. We house 26 small businesses and opened it after seeing a great need in the city for an affordable kitchen to help small culinary businesses. We wanted to make sure there was no financial wall for people.
