Forbes recently spotlighted the growing trend of urban work campuses. With increasing numbers of people returning to the office, work campuses like Baltimore Peninsula, developed by MAG Partners LP, are taking work-life to the next level. Offering abundant green space and 1.2 million square feet of residential, hotel, and office space across five buildings, Baltimore Peninsula is a waterfront community where top restaurants and major employers like Under Armour and CFG Bank can thrive. Attracted by restaurants, amenities and year-round events like concerts, outdoor movies, and free yoga classes, many of those employed at Baltimore Peninsula have chosen to live right within the community – redefining what it means to work and live in the same space. 🏙️

  • In Honor of Women's History Month, we're diving into the stories of the inspiring women featured in our 2025 Impact Report. Starting with "Yes, Chef" -- an article that showcases three women putting Baltimore on the culinary map. Through our partnership with Aaron Dante's NoPixAfterDark Podcast this past year, we had the opportunity to sit down with three remarkable female chefs to learn about the challenges they've had to overcome in the industry and how Baltimore's creative community + vibrant culinary scene has supported their rise. ✨Catina Smith - Our Time Kitchen "I'm the co-owner of Our Time Kitchen, a commissary kitchen in Old Goucher. We house 26 small businesses and opened it after seeing a great need in the city for an affordable kitchen to help small culinary businesses. We wanted to make sure there was no financial wall for people. We're for the little guy just getting started." ✨Keyia Yalcin - Fishnet "What I love about Baltimore is that there are just a bunch of creatives here – hustling but also helping. It makes a difference." ✨Amber Croom - And 4 Dessert and Beye Beighnets "I was one of three females in the kitchen and the only Black female. I was not taken seriously, no matter how much knowledge or experience I had. Until I found my voice. The experience really made me who I was. It made me stand firm in my believes, stand firm in my knowledge, in my product." • We're thrilled to announce a 9,000 SF lease with Clyde's Restaurant Group in Rye Street Market. This 3rd floor event space has previously been a venue for high-profile events such as Baltimore Homecoming and the CIAA sponsor luncheon. Called the Overlook in Baltimore Peninsula, Clyde's will operate this elegant event space that can accommodate up to 300 guests. With a picturesque waterfront setting and an outdoor terrace overlooking the Sagamore Spirit Distillery and Rye Street Tavern, it's the perfect space to host corporate events, weddings, and other celebrations. We can't wait to see the magic this venue will create in the heart of our city. #BaltimorePeninsula #NewLease #WaterfrontEvents

  • Little Wing was recently featured in Baltimore magazine! Director of Operations Brookes Decker dove into the mission behind our beloved, bespoke coffee shop + general store nestled on the ground floor of ROOST. Designed to be a gourmet, grab-and-go coffee shop, Little Wing offers more than just a bite to eat and a cup of Joe. Little Wing is a place that feels like home, invites gatherings, and inspires connection☕️🪶 From the custom cabinetry by Mahogany Incorporated and cozy lobby seating to the locally sourced breads, pastries, and packaged goods, Method Co. carefully curated this bespoke shop with curiosities and conveniences for people who live or work in the neighborhood and visitors alike. “You can grab your coffee and go or sit on the couch and read or bring your laptop and work,” Brookes said. “We are trying to create this third space that’s enjoyable and comfortable and warm.” Click here to read the full story: https://bit.ly/40l0AfO 📸 by Armando Rafael Photography
