The B&S Site Development team had a great time meeting talented students at the George Mason University career fair this week! Next up, we’re heading to the Virginia Tech career fair next week and we’re excited to connect with more students interested in construction. The recent soggy weather may have temporarily halted worksite activities, but it also gave our crew the chance to sharpen their skills in operator training. The training focused on our Dynapac rollers, which compact soil for improved structural integrity. With this added expertise, our team is ready to deliver even stronger, safer, and more productive results.

Safety remains our top priority, and we're excited to share our adoption of an industry best practice. To reduce the possibility of machine-related incidents, such as collisions or injuries, we've implemented a new procedure. Operators will now complete a 360° machine walk-around before entering the cab to identify any potential hazards before operation. Afterward, they'll report their inspection by scanning a QR code located inside the cab. We’ve also placed reminder stickers on each piece of equipment to ensure operators complete the walk-around before starting work. We’re excited to share this safety highlight! 

Introducing our new look! B&S Site Development has made subtle yet impactful updates to our logo for a cleaner, more modern appearance. Our new logo will feature a sleek 100% blue or 100% white design with negative space for a streamlined effect. Over the next six months, we’ll be rolling out this update across all platforms— from our social media and website to the equipment you see on-site.
