It has been a busy week in the water world! On Tuesday morning, I spoke at the Interstate Commission on the Potomac River Basin (ICPRB) press conference marking the release of their study on the costs of a disruption in the DC region’s water supply. I immediately flew to NYC to join the Columbia Water Center and Sciens Water to speak on a bipartisan panel on all things water policy, and even got to film my own podcast episode with Antoine Walter! On Wednesday, Aurélie Rodzynek and the Aquanauts at Columbia University invited me to speak on an alumni panel titled “AquaPolitics: Power, Policy, & the Future of Water in America,” where I met so many brilliant minds who are so excited about the water world. On Thursday, I got a front row seat to Veolia’s water panel at the The New York Times HQ, and was fortunate to hear wisdom from Estelle Brachlianoff, Kristin Hughes, and Kartik Chandran. It is always exciting to have an opportunity to spread the word about the need for greater funding and investment in water. What an amazing opportunity to connect with the water network and bring light to the need to #fundwater during NYC Climate Week!

Banner client Batteries Plus is partnering with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Green Bay Packers to open more than 1,000 #batteryrecycling drop-offs across the country. The initiative is the result of a $7M grant secured by Batteries Plus from DOE. #clientnews
Battery recycling is a touchdown for America and BIG win for clean energy. 🇺🇸 At Lambeau Field, I joined the Green Bay Packers and Batteries Plus officials to celebrate $14 million from the Biden-Harris Admin and kickoff 1,000+ battery recycling drop-off sites rolling out nationwide.

Louisville Water Company's history of innovation in the water sector and commitment to public health continues with the invention of Pure Spout Filters. Although lead isn't present in drinking water when leaving treatment plants and there are ongoing efforts to replace lead pipes nationwide, Pure Spout's water fountain filtration system reduces the risk of contamination as water moves through older pipes and plumbing fixtures in buildings. https://lnkd.in/eR6b9wyZ #clientnews
