We’re excited to share a big update from our team. We’ve just launched the Banyan Software Foundation with a $100 million commitment of stock over the coming years to leverage technology for a greener and more equitable world. 🌍💡 The Foundation has already made its first two multi-year $1 million grants—one to Merit America, which helps workers upskill and increase their earning potential, and one to TransitionZero, which provides essential tools for the transition to clean energy in low- and mid-income countries. We’re also investing in our people with several new employee programs, including: > A Learning & Development Fund to support certifications and career growth > An Employee Relief Fund to assist during unexpected hardships > A Volunteer Time Off program to encourage community engagement These initiatives continue to bring our vision to life—to build a company that not only provides the best permanent home for businesses but also makes a greater positive impact on the world. Excited to announce the latest addition to Banyan Software and the Financial Services Portfolio. Automated Systems will be a cornerstone for what we're building in support of community and regional banks. Sharing David's reflections on an incredible week at our annual summit in Toronto! Bringing together HQ employees and CEOs from over a dozen countries was truly inspiring. We're proud of the insights, networking, and learnings that took place throughout the event. Thank you to everyone who made this event a success - we're already looking forward to next year!
What an amazing week in Toronto for our annual summit! Bringing together our HQ employees and CEOs from over a dozen countries around the globe has become a consistent highlight of my year. One of the best parts of being a leader within Banyan is getting to learn from others and be part of this community. Across a whopping 33 sessions this week, there was a lot to take in. Some highlights for me included: - Our many CEO-led sessions, like those on capturing the Voice of the Customer and being intentional about back-to-base sales efforts. - Richard Reese on his journey growing Iron Mountain from $3M to $3B in revenue. - A spectacular boat cruise together with a perfect summer sunset. - Many “special announcements,” which we’ll be sharing with the rest of the world soon, on how to amplify our enduring, positive impact in the world. - April Dunford’s laugh-out-loud session on articulating differentiated value within our businesses. - Mahesh Rajasekharan on building multi-year value propositions and how CEOs can continually pivot into the next phase of growth. A huge thank you to everyone who made the week so special. The enthusiasm and openness everyone brought to the table was inspiring. With attendees rating the event a 9.5/10, it’s going to be hard to top next year… but we’re going to try!
