  • Our fall project tour took us all over the beautiful campus of Middle Tennessee State University. From athletic facilities that included the Buck Bouldin Tennis Complex and Kennon Sports Hall of Fame, to academic buildings that included the College of Behavioral and Health Sciences, and the School of Concrete and Construction Management, BCA has been a part of the tremendous growth on this campus for over 20 years. We take great pride in our enduring involvement and are excited to see the new Student Athlete Performance Center taking shape, and the renovations of the historic Kirksey Old Main and Rutledge Hall.

  • We are thrilled to welcome Kathleen back to BCA! A Nashville native, Kathleen first joined us as an intern in 2022. She recently graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and also earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Saint Mary’s College in 2023. Returning to BCA has always been her goal, and as she puts it, “I love the work we do and the amazing people here.”   We are delighted to have her back, especially as she begins this next chapter in her hometown. Welcome back, Kathleen!

  • Recently, ceremonies were held for the opening of the Flats at Donelson Plaza and the new Donelson Branch of the Nashville Public Library. The Flats are a modern residential community featuring 104 units designed to foster a walkable and bike-able environment, encouraging residents to embrace a healthier, more active lifestyle. With easy access to local shops and restaurants, the Flats offer a perfect blend of convenience and comfort.   The new 25,000 square-foot Donelson Branch of the Nashville Public Library also opened its doors, providing the community with a state-of-the-art facility. This larger space allows the library to offer a more extensive selection of books, digital resources, and community programs. The library aims to be a hub of knowledge and learning, catering to the diverse needs of the Donelson community.   The rejuvenation of Donelson Plaza includes redesigned landscapes, new sidewalks and upgraded infrastructure to give a town center feel to this area and represents a significant investment in the future of the Donelson community. By creating a vibrant, accessible living space and a resource-rich library, this project enhances the quality of life for all residents.
