About us
Our Goal In the belief that caring and closeness are equally important at every stage of life, our goal is to provide patients with the highest possible level of physical, emotional and spiritual care. For the loved ones of hospice patients, our desire is to furnish the emotional and practical support necessary during this time. Although hospice care is most often available in the home, we are proud to offer a program that extends the same high level of service and concern to patients who are not at home. This may include those in nursing homes and assisted living centers, patients receiving acute in-patient hospice care in hospitals or in nursing homes and at our specialized in-patient hospice unit. By working in partnership with your nursing home or facility, we can create a comforting, secure atmosphere for all who are touched by a life-limiting illness.
