This week marks a literal decade... of squats and making playlists and getting up early on Sunday mornings to teach. ✨ Ten years of barre3 and our little studio community. ✨ One hundred and twenty months of relearning and helping others find grace and strength in the bodies we have now. ✨ Five hundred and twenty one weeks of all the ups and downs and growing pains that any long-term relationship sees. ✨ Three thousand, six hundred and fifty days of wearing many, many different hats and learning more than I ever could have anticipated about being an instructor and a human on planet earth. ✨ Eighty seven thousand and six hundred hours of incredible people and memories I wouldn't ever trade. ✨ Happy Anniversary #barre3 🧡 We've come a long way together, and I can't wait to see what you'll teach me next. #barre3 #barre3instructor #barre3winterpark #fitnessinstructor #anniversary #tenyears

We are excited to announce that Barre Centric’s three studios in Buffalo, NY will become barre3, bringing our fleetwide total to 197 locations. Barre Centric’s co-founders Giavana De Zitter and Rachael Jarosz, both former dancers, started the company in 2012 after searching in vain for a fun, effective workout that they looked forward to. Together, they leveraged their dance and fitness industry knowledge and expertise to launch Western New York’s first barre fitness studio, eventually expanding their business to three locations. Together, they have taught over 10,000 barre classes and trained many instructors along the way. Twelve years in, Gia and Rachael found themselves eager to grow their business and were inspired by the news of The Barre Code’s conversion to barre3. After immersing themselves in barre3, they discovered the alignment between the two companies, notably in the shared desire to offer effective workouts in inclusive spaces where everyone feels welcome. Please join us in welcoming Gia, Rachael, and the entire Barre Centric community to barre3! Follow their team on Instagram (@barrecentric) to stay in the loop as they become barre3 over the coming months, and learn more here: https://lnkd.in/gByigE5R

On October 10, CEO and Co-Founder Sadie Lincoln and the barre3 team was invited to celebrate the second annual Girls Leading Change event in honor of the International Day of the Girl. The event — hosted at The White House by Dr. Jill Biden — is dedicated to amplifying the voices and achievements of young women who are making a difference in their communities, embodying strength, resilience, and leadership. It was a powerful reminder that the future is shaped by those willing to lead with purpose and intention — and that these young women are the trailblazers of tomorrow.
