Congratulations to Dr. Alessandro Berni for receiving the University of Miami’s Outstanding International Scholar award! Dr. Berni is a research scholar who has worked with Dr. Philip Rosenfeld since May 2023, collaborating on research related to macular degeneration and ocular imaging analysis. Following the completion of his exchange visitor program, he will return to Italy to complete his ophthalmology residency.
