🌟 **Join BAMM in Supporting Enterprise for Youth!** 🌟 We're excited to announce a fantastic volunteer opportunity with Enterprise for Youth in San Francisco! Enterprise for Youth is looking for dedicated professionals to help young people develop essential skills through mock interviews and informational interviews. Here’s how you can get involved: 🔹 **Provide Career Advice Volunteering**: Enterprise for Youth would be happy to host a group from BAMM at their office on Tuesday, July 16 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm at 654 Mission Street in San Francisco. As part of Enterprise for Youth's professional development training for summer interns, Enterprise for Youth will have 54 youth (ages 14 to 21) in attendance who would benefit from our BAMM members’ career advice. We need additional volunteers to sit on a career panel and/or participate in career conversations with these youth. Panelists will answer questions about their positions and career journeys so youth interns can learn about various careers and professional journeys. BAMM panelists can help students understand their next steps and explore potential careers. Following the panel, BAMM volunteers will participate in smaller career conversations which allow youth to ask questions and get answers to topics that interest them about BAMM member’s individual job roles and professional backgrounds. These practice interviews are essential components of Enterprise for Youth's job readiness and paid internship program, and we’d be thrilled to have BAMM's support. Enterprise for Youth is looking for dedicated professionals to help young people develop essential skills through mock interviews and informational interviews. Here’s how you can get involved: 🔹 **Group Opportunity**: Enterprise for Youth would be happy to host a group from BAMM at their office on Tuesday, July 16 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. We are looking for 15 volunteers (give or take) to support mock interviews and informational interviews. Volunteers will conduct 1-on-1 mock interviews with two to three youths using a list of prepared questions and an evaluation form, then offer feedback on what went well and what could be improved. In the second hour, the youth will interview you to learn more about your job and career path. This event will take place at the Career Lab at 654 Mission St in San Francisco. 🔹 **Individual Opportunities**: BAMM members may also sign up for a different slot on July 15, 18, or 19 to attend at a time that works for them.
