2024 is a notable milestone for Bayswater. This year, Bayswater celebrates our 20th anniversary as a company. Last week, we had the opportunity to celebrate this incredible milestone with many of our current Bayswater team members—from both of our Colorado offices and even a couple folks from our Texas office—along with a handful of Bayswater alumni who helped pave the way during the last 20 years. Thank you to all Bayswater employees past and present who helped us achieve 20 years of success as a company!

Every year, Bayswater is a proud participant in the Weld County Junior Livestock Sale to support the young agricultural leaders in Weld County, the base of our Colorado operations. Yesterday afternoon, Steve Struna, President and CEO, and Tyler Greenly, Field Superintendent, represented Bayswater at the sale and purchased multiple animals, including the Reserve Grand Champion Steer and the Reserve Grand Champion Goat. Thanks to Weld County Fair for another great year! We will see you next July!

Every June, the Bayswater Denver and Eaton offices participate in Weld Food Bank's annual Compete to Beat Hunger Challenge to collect food and monetary donations to combat food insecurity in Weld County. This year, Bayswater placed 2nd in our division! We are incredibly proud of and grateful for a Bayswater team that believes in giving back and supporting the communities where we operate. Thank you for the opportunity to Weld Food Bank to support this important cause. We’ll be back again next year!

Today is a day our team looks forward to each year, when staff from our Eaton and Denver offices join at Weld Food Bank to volunteer time packaging food donations as part of the Compete to Beat Hunger challenge.   We had a great turnout of employees and family members who helped us package up over 13,000 lbs of food! Including 400 food donation kits for local seniors.   Thank you to Weld Food Bank for all you do to take care of our friends and neighbors.

Next Monday, June 3rd, we will be joining other local businesses in the fight against hunger in Weld County, Colorado. This past Saturday, several Bayswater employees and their families braved the cold to compete in the Great Western Trail Race! Bayswater was a sponsor of the race, which featured 5k, 10k, and half-marathon courses along the newly completed Great Western Trail that connects the communities of Windsor, Severance, and Eaton. We’re proud to support this trail project that improves the Colorado communities we live and work in.   Thank you to our employees and their families who toughed it out to represent Bayswater in the race!

In Coahoma and in every community where we operate, Bayswater is firmly committed to supporting first responders and public safety personnel. This week, staff at our Texas office met with the local Coahoma Fire Department to proudly deliver a monetary donation from Bayswater. Thank you to Coahoma FD for all you do to keep our Texas home safe!

Adding to our Colorado footprint, Bayswater recently acquired oil and gas assets in the DJ Basin from Confluence DJ LLC, a subsidiary of Confluence Resources LP. “Bayswater expects to commence operations on the newly acquired DUCs in Q2 2024. With this acquisition, the company now holds 30,000 acres in Weld County with 320 horizontal wells and daily production of approximately 30,000 BOED.“ https://lnkd.in/gQkSTS8j
