The office build-out for real estate private equity firm Rockpoint, designed by FENNIE+MEHL Architects, is featured on Office Snapshots. The airy, modern office space incorporated historic features, such as a 1960s-era acoustical ceiling that was carefully protected during construction as well as high-quality finishes that exemplify Rockpoint's vision for their new workplace. Being part of the build team for Wells Fargo's first-ever #InnovationCenter was truly an honor. The two-story creative workplace with cutting-edge technology has unique and inspiring functional areas, including a reception/town hall meeting space, a maker's space, conference/training rooms, open office neighborhoods, and an interconnecting staircase. Designed to achieve LEEDv4 CI Platinum certification, the space features sustainable elements, such as a #livingwall, enhanced commissioning, integrated lighting with the BMS system, elevated acoustics, and low VOC materials.
