It was fantastic to speak at #AdobeSummit 2024 in Las Vegas on "Trust What You Create: GenAI and the Future of Work". https://lnkd.in/ec4_D4sa Key takeaways from a behavioural perspective: ⭐ Humanise: Designing effective AI starts by humanising the experience. Add positive friction to keep humans at the heart of the design. ⭐ Adapt: AI adoption is Behavioural change. Give humans shared control, training and empowerment. Psychological safety in teams is essential to encourage feedback loops and treat AI as a WIP. ⭐ Protect: Ensure transparency and governance. Develop community-led principles that are not centralised.
