Meet Tyler, a Behavioral Therapist (BT) at Beacon! As a BT, Tyler evaluates the behavior of young children with developmental concerns and implements treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs and skills. Additionally, he also provides direct supervision and training to newly hired Associate Behavior Therapists. Beacon ABA Services is excited to announce our partnership with Bridgewater State University (BSU) to offer graduate-level coursework in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This collaboration reflects Beacon's commitment to advancing research in education and behavior analysis. Our alliance with BSU positions us to reinforce our dedication to evidence-based practice while providing our employees with exceptional opportunities for career development in these dynamic fields. Beacon has a rich history of working with higher education institutions to deliver premier ABA and education programs, preparing professionals for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Our partnership with BSU ensures that we will continue to build on our academic successes for many years to come. This initiative will be led by our accomplished team of doctoral-level clinicians, who will assume leadership and academic roles at BSU, including program coordination, teaching, and curriculum development. Beacon supports our staff with generous tuition assistance as part of our professional development model, which in turn enhances the quality of services we offer to the children and families we serve. We are proud and excited to collaborate with one of the top Special Education programs in Massachusetts, and we look forward to a long and productive relationship. We had a great time at our #AllCompanyCelebration at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center in Framingham, MA! Staff and guests from Beacon, Human Services Management Corporation, Beacon Services of Connecticut, Criterion Child Enrichment, and Evergreen Center enjoyed a night of entertainment, prize giveaways, and testing their luck at the casino tables.
