We're welcoming a new tenant to The Station at LoSo! Beacon Partners has leased 10,389 square feet at The Station at LoSo to Elevate Sports Ventures, LLC. The full-service sports and entertainment consulting firm supports high-performing organizations in sports and beyond. Headquartered in Charlotte, the firm is expanding and will relocate from SouthPark to Station 4 in May. One of Beacon’s industrial projects, Knightdale Gateway, was recently recognized by the Town of Knightdale during their Community Appearance Awards. The two buildings, consisting of +/-511,000 square feet, were awarded to for its beautification efforts and contributions to making Knightdale a wonderful place. Congratulations to all the winners! Beacon Partners Taps Pete Kidwell as Next President & Managing Partner "Beacon Partners announced today that Pete Kidwell has been promoted to President and Managing Partner. A 12-year Beacon and real estate industry veteran, Kidwell previously served as Partner and head of Beacon’s industrial platform in the Charlotte region. He succeeds Pete Lash who has served as Beacon’s President and Managing Partner since the company began operating in 1989. Lash will transition to Chairman and continue his role on the firm’s investment committee."
