Please join us in congratulating Katie on her decade milestone! Katie began at Beacon Financial Planning in August of 2014 as an Executive Assistant. She came with a wealth of knowledge and pushed to make Beacon’s policies and procedures first in class. Her wisdom and contributions quickly earned her the role of Office Manager and from there she continued to grow and earned the position of Director of Operations. In 2023, Katie made Partner at the firm and today she is Partner and Vice President of Operations and Client Services. Michaela Herlihy, President of Beacon adds, “Katie’s commitment to quality and professionalism are an integral part of our team. We are so very grateful for her unwavering dedication to our clients and the Beacon family. I am excited to see what the next decade brings her both professionally and personally.” Katie oversees the operations team and Kelli Grew oversees the financial planning team. Kelli shares, “Among Katie’s many strengths is her exceptional ability to see the big picture, but execute the details. As a visionary, she’s been the driving force behind countless positive changes at Beacon over the past decade.
