Oral Surgery Hawaii recently brought together their staff from all four locations for an amazing day of discovery, learning, and growth in Honolulu. Our Director of Front Office Operations Bruce Mays, with 20-plus years in OMS administration, shared valuable insights on delivering a 5-star patient experience through empathy, teamwork, and the spirit of "ohana." Coming together to discuss innovative ideas and share best practices in order to serve our patients more efficiently is what Beacon is truly all about. We ended the day with some fun team bonding activities—Oreos and Skittles included!
