Today we celebrated the commencement of construction on East National Flats, a new development consisting of 140 residential units and commercial space at street level. Located in Milwaukee’s Harbor District, this project will contribute to the city's growth by adding a new affordable housing option for Milwaukee residents. This development has been made possible through the collaboration of Council President Jose Perez, staff from the Department of City Development (DCD), and the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee (RACM).
