  • We were proud sponsors of this year's MCACHE - Midwest Chapter of ACHE Emerging Leaders’ Summit, a half-day conference designed to educate, inspire, and connect emerging leaders from Michigan, Ohio, and Canada. Our CEO, Dustin Ames, was able to present, and our Account Manager, Paul, set up a vendor table for visitors to gather more information on our hospital and health system. The event focused on recognizing and valuing one's worth and provided an excellent opportunity to network and share valuable resources. We are excited to bring these insights back to our hospital! #BehavioralHealthConnectionsMichigan #Leadership #EmergingLeaders

  • In honor of Suicide Awareness Month, our team has been wearing mental health awareness shirts every Friday throughout September. This initiative serves a dual purpose: not only are we raising awareness for mental health, but we are also collecting donations to support First Step Domestic Violent Shelter in preparation for next month's focus on domestic violence awareness. We are proud to show our support and contribute to causes that impact our community. #SuicideAwarenessMonth #DomesticViolenceAwareness #MentalHealthMatters

  • September is #SuicidePreventionAwarenessMonth, a time to raise awareness, share resources, and encourage open conversations about mental health. Suicide impacts individuals, families, and communities, but together, we can make a difference by spreading hope and support. At our facility, we are committed to providing compassionate care and mental health resources for those in need. Let's work together to break the stigma, educate ourselves, and offer a lifeline to those struggling. Remember, you are not alone—help is always available. If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide, call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately. #BeThere

  • Did you know we offer two different outpatient programs for adults: a partial hospitalization program and an intensive outpatient program? Both programs offer structured environments and therapeutic services aimed at addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. PHP provides patients with a full day of therapy, giving them the tools and coping strategies necessary for recovery, while IOP offers flexibility with part-time therapy sessions, allowing individuals to maintain daily routines. Our goal is to help patients regain stability, build resilience, and move forward in their mental health journey! • We are excited to announce the appointment of Kaitlyn as our new Director of Intake! Kaitlyn, originally from the south, holds a degree in political science and began her career path in law before transitioning to healthcare. Her journey includes roles as a med-surge nurse, travel nurse, and ICU nurse. She joined our sister facility, Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan, as a unit nurse and later moved to intake, where she gained experience on both day and night shifts. In April 2023, Kaitlyn became the Intake Lead for us and was subsequently promoted to Director of Outpatient in October 2023. We are thrilled to welcome her back to intake in this leadership role, where she will also continue to support our outpatient programs.
