The subject has 20 separate bays totaling 30,000-SF that were 100% occupied as of closing. BEB was able to close the loan in under 2 weeks and allow the borrower to execute on their acquisition and value-add plan by holding back funds for future capex and tenant improvements/leasing commissions.
