Join a dynamic team as the operations coordinator! This is a team that values curiosity, problem-solving, and providing expert customer service. Offer: 🌱 A history of promoting from within + a pre-paved path for your growth!! 💰 A starting salary between $50,000 - $62,000, depending on experience 🏦 Retirement planning through an IRA with a 2% match 🏥 A monthly health plan stipend of $400 to go toward your plan(s) of choice 🏖️ 2 weeks of vacation in year one. 3 weeks of vacation in year two. 4 weeks of vacation in year ten & beyond!  ⏰ Work-life Balance: Start between 8-9 AM, M-F. Wrapping between 4-5 PM, depending on the day. On Fridays, we wrap up the day around 3 PM!  🚀 Potential to grow into an Operations Management role over time A High-Level Snapshot of the Role: You'll project-manage the smooth flow of materials and information between clients, vendors, and our installation team.
