Today our Lending, Payment Solutions, and Mortgage Departments took part in a fun team building exercise! The goal was to create a capsule to protect an egg from breaking when dropped. The teams split up into groups and got to work building their egg protectors. With help from our professional egg dropper Shawn from Marketing, it turned out that two of the five eggs managed to survive their fall! Congrats to the teams who put together "The Mummy" and "The Rooster" on successfully protecting your eggs! The winning teams are the first two pictures in this post.

This week, Bellwether employees, friends and family celebrated the upcoming retirement of our longtime "face of Bellwether" Nancy Nadeau. Over the many years Nancy has been with Bellwether, she has epitomized all of the characteristics we strive to portray in our work culture: a friendly face, a helping hand, a pillar of dependability, and, of course, a FUN spirit. You won't find a single person at Bellwether, or outside of it, that would have anything but glowing things to say about Nancy. Nancy, Bellwether has been incredibly fortunate to call you ours these many years, and all of us wish you nothing but the best as you begin this new journey into retirement. Thank you for everything Nancy!
