Stephanie is an outstanding example of our internal development programme where we nurture a pipeline of talent. Over the past 14 years with Belmond, she has since rose through the ranks, assuming various roles in multiple properties across our portfolio. First joining La Samanna in 2010, Stephanie developed her career through events and marketing roles and in 2021 took up an opportunity at Caruso in Italy to develop her knowledge of Belmond.
