Alex Del Castillo started his career at our Belmont Village Rancho Palos Verdes community as a Cook before moving to a Sous Chef role at Belmont Village Burbank and then being promoted to a traveling Sous Chef position. 🎉 With his success in that role, Alex started the Chef Manager-in-Training program and upon successful completion of his training, was promoted to his first Chef Manager position, where he has since held that role at three separate Belmont Village communities. Today, he proudly leads the culinary team at our Belmont Village Aliso Viejo community. We are incredibly grateful to have Alex as part of our Belmont Village family! Thank you, Alex, for your outstanding contributions and commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. 🍽️👏

September 2024 Employee Spotlight 🌟 Helen Estrada has been an integral part of our Belmont Village Westwood community for more than seven years. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Cal State LA, Helen has transitioned through various roles at Belmont Village, starting as a server and advancing to table captain, senior admin specialist, and now, human resource generalist. Helen’s contributions extend beyond our Westwood community, as she has supported several of our other Belmont Village communities, including Aliso Viejo, Hollywood, and Encino. and assisting us in launching new communities like La Jolla. We’re beyond proud to have Helen as part of the Belmont Village family. Her journey is a testament to the growth and dedication we value in our team members, and we look forward to seeing her continue to inspire those around her! 🙏❤️

Our Chef Manager In-Training program is designed to prepare qualified candidates for leadership as a Chef Manager at Belmont Village Senior Living. Participants will train at a host Belmont Village community, where they will learn both technical skills related to their job, as well as hone their leadership skills in order to be successful as an Chef Manager.
