From office cleaner to indispensable. Today, we celebrate Owen Capehart’s 20-year work anniversary.! As a young man, Owen started by cleaning the Belt Tech offices and quietly went on to master every aspect of the business. He worked in the shop, in the field, did inside sales, returned to the field as a drone pilot, went back to inside sales, and today, he serves as our purchasing agent. If you know Owen, you know he’s not big on being the center of attention. And yet, what he does is truly remarkable. He learns anything he sets his mind to, works incredibly hard, and quickly goes from knowing nothing about a job to becoming an absolute expert. He may prefer to stay in the shadows, but after 20 years, there’s no hiding it—he’s the real deal. So here’s to you, Owen! 20 years of quietly becoming the expert, exceeding expectations, and making this place better every day.
