Congrats to Anu Gupta, our fearless leader and CEO, for an incredible book launch week and for all your incredible work amplifying and uplifting Breaking Bias in ALL communities!!
This year, I got to participate in Out Leadership's Global OutNEXT Summit for the first time... and everyone who says it's the most joyful, illuminating, inspiring experience is ENTIRELY correct! THANK YOU so much to Out Leadership for hosting this event, and what a joy it was to be able to share the work of Breaking Bias with your incredible community. Incredible thanks specifically go to RBC for sponsoring the purchase of the book for 220 Out Leaders and making this work even more accessible. It was also an honor and joy for me to share my personal Out Journey and the self-care tools of the PRISM Toolkit with the 2024 Class of Out Leaders. How incredible that we could see over 200 people meditating and breaking bias together in the halls of Corporate America. This is the change we've been waiting for... Out Leadership, YOU ALL are the change we've been waiting for! As if that wasn't enough, I also got to be part of a beautifully heartfelt conversation with Jaymes Black of The Trevor Project, Dan Quinn of Citi, and Jane Barry-Moran of Out Leadership -- plus meeting new friends like Mila Jam. What a profound, incredible experience! Thank you Todd Sears for your vision in creating this community, and thank you to ALL the staff of Out Leadership that make events like this possible. At a time where our LGBTQ+ being is threatened in many places around the world, it is imperative for programs like these to shine and to bring courage to all those who still can't be their full authentic selves because of bias. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for inviting me! #BreakingBias #mindfulness #gratitude #meditation #unlearnbias #equality #lgbtequality #outleadership #outnext
