To reflect our increased commitment to social enterprises and impact investors in Southeast Asia, we have recently registered a Singapore entity that operates under the same name. We pool money from investors who want to deploy their capital with compassion to uplift marginalized communities in the region. To their compassion, we add rigor. The result is loans to outstanding social enterprises who empower the poor in our target geographies. Due to the portfolio's strong performance, we have thus far successfully paid investors 100% of scheduled repayments in the last 8 years. We are equally thrilled to announce our first loan in Vietnam. Hoa Nang is an organic rice company on the Mekong Delta that helps farmers transition from conventional to organic farming. Organic practices do not just benefit rice production, but also the life that thrives in clean water without chemicals typically used in farming. The waterways on the farms teem with fish from the Mekong Delta, and farmers raise shrimp and crabs for additional food and income. The biodiversity on these farms also supports local bird populations.
