We have had a number of customers impacted by hurricanes as they entered in to their annual benefits enrollment - perhaps none more than those covered by the State Health Plan in North Carolina. In partnership with their HR leadership team, we were able to adjust and extend both our platform and our call center to support their members impacted by Hurricane Helene.
