As we honor his memory today, we are reminded of the ongoing struggle for racial justice and the importance of advocating for a more inclusive and equitable world. On December 23rd, President Joe Biden signed the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act [PBRA]. This legislation eases some of the ACA reporting burden on employers — including the distribution of FORM 1095-C to employees.
