As a former corporate client specialist in the financial industry, Allyson worked with clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations. Beyond the numbers, her role included conducting interviews to discuss various aspects of the organization, such as operations, supply chain, vendors, employees, and customer relations. Prior to the financial industry, Allyson spent several years in the pharmaceutical industry.     We had the chance to not only gather as a team in person but also to meet up with several of our clients at our recent annual offsite in Baltimore, MD. At Berger HR Solutions, we value the strong relationships we build with our clients, and it was a truly rewarding experience to connect face-to-face, strengthening the relationships we’ve cultivated over time. Being able to meet in person and engage in deeper conversations brought a new dimension to our partnerships. We’re incredibly grateful for the time shared together, and we left with even greater enthusiasm for the work we’re doing together. Since 1998, the National Association of Tribal Historic Preservation Officers (NATHPO) has been dedicated to supporting Tribal Historic Preservation Programs and empowering Tribal leaders to protect culturally significant sites and preserve Native identity, resilience, and traditions. NATHPO's work strengthens Tribal sovereignty, advocates for Tribes in governmental actions, and sustains the cultural heritage that is vital to the health of Native communities. Their Tribal Historic Preservation Officers (THPOs) safeguard sacred places and rejuvenate unique cultural practices.     On this World Mental Health Day, we encourage business owners and leaders to reflect on the importance of creating safe and supportive workplaces.
