We’re at World Brewing Congress in Minneapolis! Berkeley Yeast’s Anthony Bledsoe has organized a terrific panel on NA brewing, Best Practices for Crafting No- and Low-alc Beers. Come join him on Tuesday, August 20 10:00 AM. The speakers have diverse experience and knowledge of NA brewing, ranging from innovation across a wide range of applications to process authority consultation. Here’s the list of speakers: Scott Lafontaine -- Professor in Food Chemistry at University of Arkansas Martha Kimber, M.S. -- Senior Technical Manager, Advanced Food Microbiology at Eurofins Kaylyn Kirkpatrick -- Director of Education at the Brewers Association Parker Penley -- Innovation Manager at Tilray Brands, Inc. Also of note, we’re excited to attend Scott Lafontaine’s talk on Evaluating Commercially Available Yeast Strains for Their Application and Flavor Profiles in Non-alcoholic Beer on Tuesday. Hope to see you at our booth (414) on the tradeshow floor.
