A reminder that employer sponsored Educational Assistance Programs can help pay student loans through December 31, 2025. Though educational assistance programs have been available for many years, the option to use them to pay for student loans has only been available for payments made after March 27, 2020. ✅ For small to medium sized businesses unfamiliar with this, traditionally, educational assistance programs have been used to pay for employees’ books, equipment, supplies, fees, tuition and other education expenses. ✅ These programs can now also be used to pay principal and interest on an employee’s qualified education loans. Payments made directly to the lender, as well as those made to the employee, may qualify. We had a great time tasting foods from all over the world at our Berkley Select Cultural Celebration at our Chicago office this week. 🥨 From Challah Bread to Baklava, Strudel, Flan, and Pocky Sticks, we shared some cultural treats (a lot of snacks and desserts)! 🌍 We also spruced up the kitchen with flags from all over the world and a world map on the wall encouraging employees to mark down where they are from and writing something about their heritage on the map. Some employees are teaching their children a language other than English per their family roots while others noted they have extended families around the world. One thing is evident - food always brings people together. Breaking bread never goes out of style. #BerkleySelect

🎉 We are celebrating an incredible employee milestone anniversary as one of our invaluable underwriters, Ann Wade, just reached her 25th year of employment!
