    Berliner Cohen is pleased to welcome Joseph H. Feldman to the Estate Planning department in our San Jose office. Joe is a trusts and estates attorney specializing in estate planning and trust administrations. His prior practice includes counseling individuals and families in estate planning matters ranging from the formation of revocable living trusts to more sophisticated estate planning techniques such as GRATs and LLC formations.     Berliner Cohen is pleased to welcome Jeanette Martinez to the Estate Planning department in our San Jose office. Jeanette is an estate planning associate. Her prior practice includes special needs planning (drafting first- and third-party special needs trusts) and conservatorship matters. The ideal applicant will have counseled clients and litigated wage and hour cases, class action cases, as well as employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in California state and federal courts, responded to administrative charges, and be familiar with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes. Applicant must have experience with preparing responsive pleadings, engaging in motion practice, responding to discovery as well as counseling clients on employment law.
