I hate Yelp. Yes, that's "off brand" for us, considering we're all about focusing on the positives. There's no other way for me to adequately express my feelings, though. I hate... The negativity. The annoying "I don't believe in 5 star ratings, so even though this place is AMAZING, I can only give it 4 stars." The "In an alternate universe, I am a NY Times food critic, so you WILL read my twelve page diatribe on why I think you should possibly visit this place." The ability for people who have NEVER EVEN BEEN to a place to leave it a 1 star rating and drag down its average. It's all bullshit. You know it! I know it. And that's why I created besti.
