Production Operator / Spray Technician JOB DUTIES: This position entails ‘floating’ between different operations, learn other processes, and assist where needed around the shop. May be operating blasting equipment to clean and prepare the surface of materials and components. Prepares and masks parts with fixtures, rubber, tape, antibond or metal masks prior to coating. Sets up and operates various types of manual and/or robotic spray systems to apply coatings to parts. Specific duties day-to-day include: 1. Lifting 25-40 pounds, moving heavy material 2. Position Overview: Our client needs an experienced machinist to support their internal work, operating a manual mil and lathe, CAM and CNC Hurco Vertical mil. You’ll review drawings and specify material to be ordered, and working directly with engineering and manufacturing. Under the direction of a Master Machinist, you’ll build on your skills.
