Matthew Kissel – Technician How long have you been with Betson? This is my first week with Betson Favorite arcade game to play? Why? My favorite arcade game is Battle Garegga. Its gameplay philosophy and rank system are boldly unique, and its sound design and OST are incredible. Years later, there's still nothing quite like it, and I keep coming back to beat my old high scores. What led you to your current position in Tech support? I've been both an arcade enthusiast and an electronics repair tech for my entire life. When I found out about Betson and had the opportunity to join the team here, it was immediately apparent that it would be a good fit. What's your favorite thing about your current job? The environment here is great, very fun and comfortable. I love being able to spend my day combining my interests in electronics repairs and gaming, all while surrounded by good people. Fun Fact About Yourself? I enjoy competing in my favorite strategy and fighting games however possible. I've entered tournaments, traveled to notable arcades to compete, and even programmed bots in Python to play my favorite RTS, Starcraft II, in competitive AI matches.
