🚨 BREAKING: Mahkamah Tinggi KL telah mengarahkan bekas Perdana Menteri Najib Razak membela diri atas 25 pertuduhan salah guna kuasa dan pengubahan wang haram pada hari Rabu (30 Okt) dalam kes 1MDB-Tanore. Ini termasuk 4 tuduhan salah guna kuasa untuk memperoleh suapan berjumlah RM2.27 bilion dan 21 tuduhan pengubahan wang haram melibatkan jumlah yang sama. Kini Najib masih menjalani hukuman penjara 6 tahun yang bermula pada 23 Ogos 2022 berikutan sabitan dalam kes SRC International. Pada Februari 2024, Lembaga Pengampunan telah mengurangkan tempoh hukuman penjara Najib daripada 12 tahun ke 6 tahun dan mengurangkan denda yang dikenakan ke atasnya daripada RM210 juta ke RM50 juta.

🚨 BREAKING: 22 individuals including the CEO of Global Ikhwan Service & Business (GISB) Holdings Nasiruddin Mohd Ali, his wife Azura Md Yusof, and Mohammad Adib At-Tamimi, the son of Al-Arqam founder Ashaari Muhammad were charged at the Selayang Sessions Court on 23 October. All 22 individuals were charged under Section 130V(1) of the Penal Code with being members of an organised crime group. If convicted, they face a maximum 20-year jail sentence.
