The Dome Chartering building was a successful Design Build Project (10,000 SF building with epic views of Annapolis Harbor) performed with the team of BGC and Hammond Wilson Architects. In competing with another firm, this was the first time that BGC and Justin Mullen teamed up to provide brokerage services as well. Justin and his team successfully leased the remaining spaces in the building, and we started a great relationship of helping each other in business. Fast forward to current day and Justin’s team at Hyatt is selling this great building. Help our teammates at HYATT find the new end user / owner!
