Fault Tolerance When engineers design a Biax slab, they do not utilize the inherent benefits of the void area in the pods because current engineering software does not have fields for inputting those factors. A Biax slab has an additional level of built-in strength that's not accounted for, leading to an uptick in fault tolerance.
