  • We need your vote for #BeautifytheBluegrass! Today, Kentucky Living Magazine and Governor Andy Beshear's office announced that our summer volunteer project for Habitat for Humanity of Owensboro-Daviess County was selected as a 2024 state finalist. Vote for "Landscaping for Habitat for Humanity Training Center" Project: https://lnkd.in/gW5-cin6 Big Rivers and Kenergy joined forces in July to provide landscaping for the new Ms. Virginia’s Education & Training Center. As the new landscaping grows together, the plants will create a natural barrier around the center property that will block some of the traffic noise. The first-of-its-kind Ms. Virginia Center is designed to give a hands-on home ownership experience to those who have never owned any property and will be moving into a home. Voting starts today and runs through August 28th! You can vote once per day. #volunteer #community #cooperative #Kentucky #owensboro
