Since its inception, the BTCC has raised over $2.5 million for 23 local organizations. It is because of all of you this event is such a wonderful day filled with community fun and giving back. We are honored to announce a $100,000 gift from Cindi Bigelow, CEO of Bigelow Tea, to Yale Cancer Center to support research by Harriet Kluger, MD, to help control the toxicities that often come with immunotherapy treatment. Cindi Bigelow is making this generous gift in memory of her father, David, who was given just a few weeks to live before starting immunotherapy treatments at Smilow Cancer Hospital. In the care of Dr. Kluger, he lived an additional 16 months until he had to pause treatments due to side effects from the therapy. “It’s really about taking the loss of my father and seeing how we can help others have a better cancer treatment journey,” said Cindi Bigelow. https://lnkd.in/evEsaRqX

We are excited to announce the groundbreaking of our new state-of-the-art, 265,000-square-foot facility located in Louisville, Kentucky.
