Meet Paco Ramirez, our Manager - Downstream Services. With 6 dedicated years at Bill Spitzer, Paco started as a Predictive Maintenance (PdM) lube technician, then mastered Vibration technology before stepping up as PdM supervisor at Albemarle and then spent 5 years as an insulator working shutdowns and the refineries. His favorite part about working here is the family environment. "This is the only company that I have worked that actually treats you like it." As well as traveling and learning something new every day! Paco finds joy in customer reactions to installs and upgrades and cherishes family time outside work.
