Biotility is a national leader in providing workforce talent for the bioscience and biotechnology industries through the delivery of industry training and the administration of the Biotechnician Assistant Credentialing Exam (BACE), an industry-recognized workforce credential. With the goal of preparing emerging talent and advancing current employees for success, our certificate short-courses address biotech industry-defined topics that span departmental roles and career levels. The BACE and our courses are developed in collaboration with our national advisory board and industry leaders to ensure our efforts remain relevant and are best aligned with industry needs.
