Birthing the Magic Collaborative

Public Health

A community where melanated mamas are educated & empowered to advocate for the health and wellbeing of mother and child.

About us

We cannot deny that the headlines and statistics are exhausting. The lack of real change and progress can be frustrating, especially when it comes to the health and wellbeing of melanated mamas, babies, and families. It's time for a better approach. We offer culturally attuned, culturally responsive information about women's and infant health. We champion the growth of a vibrant, virtual community where people learn directly from clinicians and advocates with shared lived experiences like their own. #MelanatedMamasDeserveBetter #MelanatedInfantsDeserveBetter #MelanatedFamiliesDeserveBetter
