Final Touches at Somni, West Hollywood, CA! We’re nearly there! Here’s a quick update: 🔹 Asphalt & Striping: Completed and ready for final inspection. 🔹 Electrical Work: Southern California Edison is on-site setting the pool and meter—energized today! 🔹 Inspections & Punch List: Fire and health finals are set for Friday. Front door handles are going in, and final touches are underway. 🔹 Wine Room & Dining Areas: Paint and millwork are wrapping up. Wine racks are going in, and private dining furniture is set to move soon. 🔹 Kitchen & Main Dining: Kitchen complete, black scrim installed, and shelves getting final trim. By the end of the week, we’ll hand this over to the client. Big thanks to our incredible team! On-Site Progress at Topanga Canyon Mall! BKB is making headway on the STK Steakhouse above AMC. Framing, taping, and tile installations are underway, with micro piles being set as we prepare for footings and the elevator pit. With Pinstripes nearby, this new dining spot is gearing up to be a fantastic addition. Shout-out to the team BKB for keeping things moving smoothly. Checking in from 3110 Main Street, Santa Monica, CA! The site is buzzing with progress: 🛠️ Wood trim is being installed. 🚪 Doors are going into the AV room. 💡 Electricians are working on track lighting and wiring, while the kitchen contractors are setting up the cook line. 🧱 Bathroom stone is being installed, and tapers are blending doors seamlessly with wallpaper. 📦 Dry storage is in, and we’re just waiting on the dish machine. Final Stages at SOMNI restaurant West Hollywood, CA! Checking in with our superintendent Benjamin Zottolo as we push through the final stages of this project. The place is coming together beautifully as we work through the punch list. Here's where we are: 🍷 The wine room is wrapped up, just waiting on some shelving to complete the look. 🧱 Stone cladding is finished, and the electricians are wrapping up the lighting and landscaping. 🎨 Painters are doing their final touch-ups, while the millworkers, stone contractors, and plumbers are all here tying up loose ends. 🚻 The bathrooms are completed and looking fantastic—wallpaper on the ceiling, wallpaper on the walls, all that’s left is a bit of cleanup before we call it done. Power should be set within a week and a half, and then it’s on to final inspections. Excited to see this space come to life!
