Today we reported second quarter 2024 financial results and provided a corporate update.    We look forward to reporting initial Phase 2 data of BDTX-1535 in 2L/3L EGFRm NSCLC patients later in Q3 2024, as well as initial data for our Phase 2 trial of BDTX-1535 in 1L patients with non-classical EGFRm NSCLC in Q1 2025, and initial Phase 1 trial data for BDTX-4933 in KRASm NSCLC in Q4 2024.    In September, Black Diamond will present during the ESMO - European Society for Medical Oncology Congress. Our poster will describe real-world evidence of treatment practices and therapeutic outcomes for newly diagnosed NSCLC patients with non-classical EGFR mutations, demonstrating high unmet medical need.    Read more: https://lnkd.in/es_Es4S3   #biotech #oncology #healthcare #innovation #ESMO2024 #BDTX1535 #NSCLC

We were honored to host The White Ribbon Project at Black Diamond’s company-wide meeting last week, where we had the privilege of hearing from patients living with lung cancer, their caregivers, and advocates. From their personal experiences, we gained valuable perspectives underscoring that cancer truly is a family diagnosis, with a unique human story behind each brave family. Our event closed with a special white ribbon building event, offering messages of hope to those living with the disease and reinforcing our mission to redefine cancer patients’ quality of life. We were thrilled today to present at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting. Two poster presentations spotlighted clinical trial data for Black Diamond’s #EGFR inhibitor BDTX-1535 in patients with recurrent #glioblastoma (GBM). These data were from a Phase 1 dose-escalation trial and a “window of opportunity” (Phase 0/1 “Trigger”) Investigator Sponsored Trial at the Ivy Brain Tumor Center.   Results demonstrated a favorable safety and tolerability profile and encouraging anti-tumor activity and duration of treatment. BDTX-1535 was also shown to achieve clinically meaningful drug levels in brain tumor tissue.
