1 in 9 black women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. We are a proud presenting sponsor of #SistaStrut in partnership with iHeartMedia Indy the second year in a row! As our President and CEO said, “Cancer is just a conversation away.” Today we celebrated the survivors, had fun, and started some life saving conversations. #ThisIsBlackOnyxManagement

New offerings. Expanded team. And an updated look. We’re excited to share that over the past few months, we’ve expanding our offerings, grown our team and updated our look. We now have more ways to help: - Companies who want to reach underrepresented audiences - Government agencies who want trusted advisors to operate complexity - Nonprofit organizations who need proven program development We’re the management consulting firm with a community focus. We’re committed to helping organizations develop business practices that are equitable. What does this mean? This means the research we conduct, the strategies we recommend and the plans we build for clients prioritize including the perspective of underrepresented groups. Oh, we also have an updated brand identity. That letter B icon is inspired by a bar chart. It speaks to how we approach our work: data-informed and with scientific rigor. Now, this is only the beginning. Check out our website to learn more about how we can help.

Congratulations to all the award winners tonight at the NAACP of Greater Indianapolis 53rd Annual Freedom Fund Banquet. Our President and CEO had the honor of presenting Dr. Thomas Brown with the William “Bill” Crawford Award. It was great to come alongside so many leaders in our city to celebrate the work this organization and so many others are doing to continue to advocate for equity.
