In California, your workplace rights are crucial for ensuring your safety. If you’re facing domestic violence, remember that you can use vacation or personal leave to protect your health and safety, including that of your children. Employers with 25 or more employees are also required to take steps to safeguard employees, such as changing contact information or relocating workstations to prevent contact from an abuser. It's vital to know your rights and ensure that your workplace is a safe environment. If you need support, we are here to help! #WorkerRights #BWR #DomesticViolenceAwareness

🛑 Myth or Fact: Do Abusers Fit a Specific Personality “Type”? 🛑 A common misconception is that abusers exhibit certain personality traits that make them easy to identify. The truth is, abusers come from all walks of life and often hide behind positions of power, charm, or kindness. Abuse is not about personality—it’s about control and manipulation, which can manifest in various ways. At BWRADV, we are committed to busting these myths and raising awareness about the true nature of abuse. By educating ourselves and others, we can better support survivors and address this critical issue. #MythOrFact #BWRADV #EndDomesticViolence #Awareness #SupportSurvivors #LinkedIn
