Michael was in a high-paying job but he was totally unfulfilled and did not know how to get unstuck. He was miserable in his career. He had resigned himself to thinking that this was it. When he discovered The Black Dot Philosophy, he determined that his ⚫Black Dot ⚫was career dissatisfaction. He then took a courageous step to leave his secure job (health insurance and a pension) to pursue his true passion: becoming a Teacher. Michael was willing to make the risk. He went back to school to obtain his teaching degree and started his new role as a teacher at a much lower salary. But his commitment to his true calling led him to a much more fulfilling career.
