“Dear Community, We know how important this November’s election is, and just like in years past, it is Black voters who will determine outcomes from the top of the ticket all the way down the ballot. We invite you to join us and our partners at the Black Equity Collective, Black Equity Initiative-Inland Empire, LIVEFREE, and the California Black Power Network for our California Black Voter Rally this Thursday, October 10 at 6:00 p.m. PT. This virtual event will bring together Black voters across the state for a unifying rally to celebrate and strategize as we make the final push to turn out our vote.” - Black Freedom Fund Click the link to register 🔗 https://buff.ly/3Y1UDU7

📰BlackECE was featured in the September 2024 issue of the Central Valley Voice ⭐The article highlights BlackECE's Central Valley Black Family Cookout, which took place during the summer. By CVV l News: "BlackECE continued their cookout series, by hosting a fun-filled Black Family Cookout on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at Applegate Park in Merced, CA. Families enjoyed good food, family games, your favorite cookout songs, and lots of fun. The food was catered by Symple Soul in Merced. Children received a tote bag with culturally affirming materials, including books provided by First 5 Merced County. This was a perfect opportunity to meet and connect with other families in the community and experience Black Joy with the kids!"
